HelpX: ホストにメッセージを送るには

Helpxサイト上で気になるホストさんに出会ったら、メッセージを送ってみて!　
旅の予定が決まっているなら、早め（私の場合は遅くても4週間前）にコンタクトを取るのがお勧め＾ｖ＾　ホストさんも予定を立てれるし、早めだと他のヘルパーがまだ連絡をしてないことが多いのでOKが来やすいですよ～。

私の場合は最初のメールには以下のことを記入します。
1. 名前
2. 国籍
3. どれくらい旅をしてるか
4. 現在地
5. 次の目的地と旅の予定（何時からとどれくらいの期間か）
6. ホストさんに興味をもった理由

Hello, this is Manami Togami from Japan. I have been traveling Tasmania as a Helpx helper and I have worked for 3 hosts since December. I have been having a nice time with the hosts, the other helpers and the locals who I have met here. I am going to visit two more Helpx hosts (Host ID: *****, ****) in Tasmania until the middle of May. After that I am planning to visit Melbourne area. So, I am willing to work at your place for 4-5 weeks if it is suitable for you. I would like to visit you because I have read the reviews and I really like what the helpers explained about you all. I am interested in meeting new people and I have met so many wonderful helpx hosts in Australia. I am hoping to expand a good relationship with people in Australia and have a new experience. こっちがホストさんの詳細を知りたいように、向こうもこっちのことを知りたいと思います。だからコピー＆ペーストの文章をたくさん送るのではなく、時間がかかるけど一人ひとりパーソナルなメールをするのがいいと思う。（*ホストページからは、ヘルパーが誰にいつ何文字のメッセージを送ったかがチェックできるので、コピペした文章を送ったかどうかはすぐバレるので要注意!）
